Losing weight before school starts?

i need to tone up before schools starts.

specifically around my thigh area

any help?

  2. I am having the same problem. I am starting high school this year and  want to just tone a little. I call my thighs "thunder thighs". Ha. They aren't completely awful. Just big. Sqauts are the best.

    What I have been doing is going outside for a walk (or jog/run whatever you like) once a day, usually in the evening so I don't tire out. But since you are targeting your thighs try riding your bike. It is a great workout for your legs. Also, I have cut out all sodas. I try drinking water instead. Diet and exercise are key!

  4. All last school year I rode my bike to school and my legs got super toned, it wasen't gross and bulky or anything.

    Plus, it's great cardio.

  5. Start running or riding a bike. If you have comcast cable go to on demand, go to sports and fitness, go to exercise tv, go to biggest loser and do that cardio workout. It does amazing things :)

  6. drink 8 glasses cups of water every day (no not a full glass, but a cup)

    dont eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed.

    have at least 1 hr of physical activity each day.

  8. I just saw an articel reccomending excercising only 17 minutes a day. Go out and run for 17 min. because 17 is the new 30. You don't want to wear down your body. If you want to target your thighs you can do squats. Take it easy for a week or two and then bring it up to 30 min. a day.

    But if its just for you I'd say leg squats , keep a food diary, exercise 30min per day

  11. Dieting, restricting and daily excercise will get you there.

    I recommend horse riding for the thigh area as it tones it a lot. Actually, it tones your whole legs, and its fun!

    Also, avoid carbs and high fat/sugar foods.
