Question:

Losing weight & body shape?

So I know when you lose weight you lose from all over your body & you can't spot reduce, but when I gained weight I gained a little all over, but MOST in my butt, thighs, hips...So does that mean when I lose the weight I'll lose a little all over and a lot from those areas because that's where the fat is stored...or?

I'm kind of looking for a scientific answer..like the physiological reasons for losing in certain areas.. if anyone knows! Thanks :)

  1. You'll lose weight from your entire body, but you'll lose also from those fat areas for sure!

Yoga is one of the best ways to lose fat and gain a great body shape, it's very good for you.

Physiologically, girls and women gain MORE fat in their butt, thighs and hips.. than men. Check this free yoga e-course for you: http://www.yoga-health-beauty-energy.com...

    All the best,
