i looked on a bmi calculator and it says im 30.8 im 5'5 and 185 pounds and im a femalethis is the chart that they give you BMI Underweight Below 18.5 Normal 18.5 - 24.9 Overweight 25.0 - 29.9 Obesity 30.0 and Above how can i lose weight to get to normal?can you give me like foods to eat and exersizes to do (please dont say go to the gym i dont likr going to the gym because im not comfortable with my body) also please dont say run up stars i dont have stars in my house its just one floor
