Losing weight in college?

I'm in college and live in the dorms. Here's what I've had today. for breakfast I ate one of those mixed fruit breakfast bars and a cup of sugar-free yogurt. Lunch I had a salad and 2 pieces chicken parmesan. For dinner I ate some ravoli with sliced turkey, some stuffing and a LITTLE gravy. I just got through eating 4 rice cakes, 60 calories each, and I've drank about 80 ounces of water. I've also rode my bike to all my classes and even worked out for about an hour. Am I doing pretty good? I can't afford to buy food 2 cook, so I HAVE to eat @ the dining hall. I'm going to go to bed in about 2 hours, but I'll drink around 3 more glasses of water. Have I done alright so far?

  1. sounds like your doing good to me

i would try to cut back on any snacks and sub in water when your hungry

or i eat gum when i get the munchies

just stay away from junk food as much as possible and try to work in more exercising

  2. yeah you are doing very good! keep working out and riding to all your classes. I'm assuming your dining hall has a version of subway or something like that so you could mix it up with tasty salads and then sandwiches just try to eat most of your carbs for breakfast and lunch...not dinner and eat a light dinner too. You already do great for getting plenty of water so keep that up too! great job and keep it up! =)
