Question:

Losing weight in thighs?

When I go for a walk for 30 min. to an hour and go home and sit down, my inner thighs tingle. Kinda like pins and needles. I know it means that blood is running through that area faster, but does this mean I'm losing weight in my inner thighs? I sure hope so!

  1. walking is better for weight losing, runing builds muscle, which weighs more than fat, so you might apear heavier

  2. Walking is a great way to lose weight in your thighs. pins and needles in your thighs is not connected with the fat burning away (another words you can't feel it going away) but it is a sign that your thighs are getting a good workout. If you want to tone your thighs go to a weight room and do some leg presses and squats but make sure that you use low weight but do a lot of reps. Have fun.

  3. Actually  walking is the best weight looser in the thighs and not running,..... just walk a bunch
