if i ate nothing for the whole day but drank a heavy drink then run for 30min. for a week how much weight will i lose each day

  1. If you exercise but eat nothing you will actually lose no weight because your body is starving and whatever you eat later will be turned directly into fat.

    Seriously, exercise and eat regularly AND healthy and you will lose more weight than if you just starved!

  3. that is a unhealthy way to lose weight. it will kill you. if you really want to lose weight, here is a website for an ab workout. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2htZIjhuD... you can run a mile or 2 in the morning, before the sun sets, or both. eat less junk food, and more healthy food. watch less tv, go on the computer less, Exercise to get your heart pumping. The more you sweat from exercise, the more calories and at you will burn. go to the gym. a great way is if you are on a treadmill, have a donut or something you crave hooked on a fishing pole and have someone wave it around so it looks like it is running away. the more you temp it the faster you will run.

Maybe a few pounds.  But DON'T do this!  It would only make u sick.  If u want 2 loose weight, do the running part, eat more veggies and less meat.  Eat less of the fatty or junk foods and avoid fast food restaurants.  Don't always sit or stand, do some sports.  Drink at most 1 can of soda per day.

  5. I was 80 pounds overweight and I bought the "lean for life" book from Lindora.com. It only took 5 months to lose the first 50 pounds!

    You don't want to lose it to fast because if you do, you will have saggy skin. It needs to be done slowly so your skin has a chance to stretch back in to place. It is great that you are running. Even walking will do the trick. If you do 30 minutes of cardio, rest for 15, and then do 30 more, it will go even faster!

    After the first 50 pounds, I had already learned how to eat healthy and just started working out and lost the other 30 w/in the next year.

    Also, it is not healthy for you to lose weight rapidly and chances are, if you do any "quick fad" diet. You will gain the weight back. The key is to learn how to eat right. I eat at least 6 times a day now, but in moderation, and haven't gained any of it back. It's been 2 years now.

  6. Hi there! I'm sorry to have to break this to you, but if you follow that regime, you will gain weight. Oh, yeah, you will probably loose about 5 -8  pounds to begin with, but once you go back to eating real food, you will most likely gain it all back and then some. Believe me, I speak from experience. Eating nothing all day but a drink for dinner is dangerous, and will lead to health problems in the future, like diabetes. You need to eat a healthy breakfast with high fiber carbs and protein to sustain you throughout the day. If you want to lose weight, you need to eat the right foods that increase your motabolism, eat 5-6 times a day, and exercise with weights to build muscle. If you have muscle, you will burn calories, even when you are sleeping.

    There's so much more I could tell you, but this is a start. I suggest doing some research.
