Losing weight secretly?

I'm a teenage girl that wants to lose some weight secretly, and i only have two months. Can i know some easy exercises that will make me lose weight fast and not make me build up muscle and which i can do in say, thirty minutes? Also please share some tips with me (eg. eat peanut butter before meals because it will make you feel full--easy stuff like that)!

  1. Some suggest a NO FLOUR, NO SUGAR  diet until you lose your intended weight.  This kind of diet is suppose to make the pounds drop off in no time.  I'm trying it too.  Seems like it is working--- Toni D.  


  2. Well, protein before a meal is okay, because it does fill you up. However, don't eat peanut butter before every meal!  Check its nutritional label -- you'll get fat in no time. How about a glass of skim milk?  Many suggest a handful of walnuts. (Those have fat, too, but are the good kind of fat apparently. I still don't eat too many of them because of their fat gram count.)

    Your best bet, if you don't want to call attention to yourself by counting calories and such, is to eat smaller portions, and do exercise every day.  The best exercise to burn calories is cardio -- walking, running, riding a bike, swimming, etc.

  3. look up sites on the internet instead of having a pack of chips have nothing or even better fruit if your going to drink soft drink drink coke zero proven by dietitions that it has almost no sugar at all and walk for 30 minutes every day at a fast pace slow wont work
