How I can lose weight while maintaining strength

I've been lifting weights now for just over 6 months and have increased my strength dramatically. In addition to the weight training I have also been jogging and walking 3-4 times a week. I jog 1 mile twice a week and walk 2.5 miles the remaining day(s).  I also do about a half-hour of AB exercises on a Swiss ball 3 times a week.  My question is how can slim down without compromising most of the gains in strength I've made? I'm 24 years old 6'4" and weigh about 300 lbs (I'm very fat around my waist and upper body). Also I'm currently taking creatine and whey protein.

  1.  I am sure you already will be aware about the fact not to eat junk   food and why. So, I do not need to explain it anymore. Keep this in  your  mind that junk food is not only dangerous for your health, so STAY  AWAY  from it.

Drink water 8 glasses   a day also help you to burn an extra 100 calories Drink 8 glasses of   water a day to keep your system hydrated. 

    Divide your daily meal. Sound strange? Or maybe you hear it many times for your diet   consultant? Yes, it is true, split your meals into 5 small meals and eat   it frequently. Keep your stomach full until the next eating times.

    Your brain takes several minutes after you are full to actually   recognize it. So eating slowly will prevent you from over eating which   in the long run will make you lose weight.

    If you really hate exercise, you should begin to like it.   Exercising will get your heart rate up, speed up your metabolism and you   will shed the excess pounds faster. Exercise not only help you to lose   weight or maintain your body weight, but also make your body healthy. 

    These are the most simple tips which can help you in reducing weight quickly specially the use of more and more water help you very much indeed, use of more and more water also clear your skin and make your skin soft as well. Now to gain strength you need to do as much exercise as you can to gain power. You need to drink as much fruit juices as you can because they will add power to your strength and you will be able to perform more and more when you have got juice in you.
