I've been lifting weights now for just over 6 months and have increased my strength dramatically. In addition to the weight training I have also been jogging and walking 3-4 times a week. I jog 1 mile twice a week and walk 2.5 miles the remaining day(s). I also do about a half-hour of AB exercises on a Swiss ball 3 times a week. My question is how can slim down without compromising most of the gains in strength I've made? I'm 24 years old 6'4" and weigh about 300 lbs (I'm very fat around my waist and upper body). Also I'm currently taking creatine and whey protein.
