Losing wieght before school?

i want to lose 17 pounds before school starts which is like a month i bike ride 8 miles a day but i dont see any results please dont tell me its not possible because i know it is.

im 13 wiegh 132 5 foot 2 1/2

please include a diet or foods i should eat

    i just try and eat right and excersise amap.

    So far im down like 6 pounds!


  2. eat healthy. salads with chicken and oil dressing. eating spicy foods will make you want to eat smaller portions. now with biking that much u need to have ALOT of water and enough food to get the energy you need. try eating 4 meals a day but make them about half of your usual meal. you will feel hungry less. and u may not lose wieght with biking that much but u will get thinner and gain muscle which wieghs more that fat

  4. You are starting on the right track! You might get bored with the bike ride, so shake it up a bit! Jumprope, play basketball, tennis, or soccer.

    diet: you need your meals to get smaller throughout the day. So breakfast is the king, lunch is the queen, dinner is the princess. this is why many people are overweight is because they dont eat breakfast and eat a big lunch and a big dinner!

    DONT FORGET, DRINK LOTS OF WATER!

    breakfast: one slice of toast, two scrambled eggs, orangne juice and yogurt or banana. (breakfast is the key, it kickstarts your metabolism)

    mid morning snack: serving of dried fruit

    lunch: turky wrap with cheese lettuce and tomato, apple, and milk carton. for something sweet have a cup of fat free pudding.

    afternoon snack: serving of quaker rice cakes. (low cal and delicious)

    dinner: most people eat dinner with their families. so take a little bit of the following things:

    meat

    vegetables

    rice, potatoes, grains.

    sometimes i find myself eating ice cream at midnight, but when i watch movies at sleepovers and stuff, i eat quaker "mini delights" chocolate drizled rice cakes. yumm. when im at the movies i get water and chocolate covered raisins. When i go to resturants, i get a salad with protien on it. (meat or cheese) and something to add zest.
