Losing your gut running?

I started running 6 weeks ago and lost 10 lbs. I had a big gut but losing that slowly. I am up to 3 miles in 25 minutes. (It was really bad when I started). I can tell my face is getting thinner and my pants are about 1" looser. How long until my belly disappears? I was 226, now 216. I also do sit-ups and leg lifts along with push-ups. Thanks

  1. I think with all the healthy choices you are making, it's not going to take that long to get the body you want. If you stick with it at the rate you're going, in 3 months you're going to be under 200 lbs. You can't decide where fat is going to come off of your body, your body just decides what's going to get smaller. But running will help your gut, especially if you have fat to lose from there.

    Congratulations! You are off to an excellent start. I bet you feel fabulous.


  2. Hehe ,,, dats the ''pretty'' side or running. ^__^ keep dat up. Btw ur doing pretty good on ur running. A question dat i asnwered juz few seconds ago runs 3 miles in 34 min -___-  

  3. Well you should probably starting cutting out so many fatty foods and start to eat more fruits and vegetables. A proper diet will help you lose weight.
