Loss of program?

Question

The programes have gone off ,there is a picture but it`s blue .I had been told that Panasonic have a part but it only has a 6 month warrenty,so they suggest buying a Digi Box (the TV is a Panosonic Digital) The arial is new ,when the program select is run it gives a signal reading of 9 which is as high as it goes,so all seems correct but the pic is Blue.Anologue is ok anyone any ideas please?

if the an analogue is OK, try retuning the digital . do a first time set up if it will let you do it
