Question:

Loss of suction and bag full

It is a Eureka 6989 canister vacuum, the bag full indicator shows it as 100% full. I changed the bag, cleaned the filters (the standard and the HEPA) and it is still showing as full. I have checked the hoses to insure there is no obstruction. While doing this the suction is diminished!
