Loss picture package cd-room?

well i can find my cd-rom of picture package,is my sony handycam cdr-hc21,do u know where can i download it,and give the full website don't just give the website

You don't need it. Use Movie Maker included with Windows. Check the Sony.com support area if you still think you need it.
