Okay about 3 years ago, a couple of wild cats showed up in our yard.

there was a mother, and 4 of her babies.

We always brought out food and water for them.

they trust us now, were alowed to pet them and everything.

but for about a week now, the mother cat,and one of ehr babies have not been showing up, for food.

now today, im getting worried.

the mother cat is not that old.

we have a small woods in our backyard, and i looked in there.

but not every year but could not find them.

but the otehr baby cats have shown up.

what do u think could have happend?

because 2 of them dissapeared?

i know it wasnt cuz of old age, and they were not sick because we already caught them when they were young and got them shots and everything.

what should i do?

we have no pics to put up lost cat signs!

help! please!

  1. I lost my cat and unfortunetly theres not much you can do. You must rember cats can survive on there own in the wild so im sure there fine

  2. Leave food outside where they normally eat and make sure there is water there 24/7.  They may come back when they smell the food or when they get thirsty.

Even though you do not have any pics, I would still put up lost cat signs with a detailed description. List the color of the fur and eyes, as well as any scars and his/her temperament.

Call all your local animal shelters and give them the description of your lost cats as well.  I would also put up flyers in the veterinarian's office and ask them to keep an eye out for the cats too.

    Hope you find them soon!

  3. Maybe Mother Cat had another litter somewhere else and Baby Cat decided it was time to move on and find his/her own mate.

  4. maybe the ASPCA caught them. Go to the ASPCA and look at the cats and see if they are the ones you saw and get them. Or maybe a neighbor took them.

  5. Probably something killed them... In my area the coyotes hunt cats because it is easier than rabbits.

Owl's / racoons and a lot of animals will kill them

It would have been better if you gave them the garage to live in...

If she is not spayed then she may be pregnant/ delivering or is hunting for a male to breed with..

(have all of them spayed/ neutered!)

    good luck! >^..^<
