Question

I too lost my photos.

I have tried to retrieve via freeware ~ eImage and PCInspector ~ and I reinstalled my Adobe Photoshop CD, but the pictures are nowhere to be found.

If you know of any other method to assist me in finding my photos, I would appreciate all the help you can offer, including fee-based recovery services.

Who has had success retrieving lost photos?

If you mean you accidentally deleting them, then installing any software is an almost certainly disasterous step because it more or less guarantees that the data space that they occupied on the disk will now be overwritten by program files.

What are the circumstances that caused you to "lose your photos"???

What software were you using???

What kind of functions were you performing???

Did you delete them???

Where in the process did you realize they were gone???

I suggest you've probably tried everything you know of, so I'd leave it alone from now on until you get a pro to fix it.  Chances are you may already have over-written the pics in which case, they may not be retrievable.

There are many "undelete"  type programs out there that might help but it all depends on the circumstances.  Hope this helps.
