Lost Manual; Need Help ASAP

Question

We merely unplugged the karaoke device from the tv set and when we switched to the tuner to watch cable again all of a sudden all the channel setting disappeared; i'm a very techy guy and we've tried EVERYTHING. Nothing worked. We couldn't find the manual anymore. Can you please advice of the best possible solution w/ regards to this asap. My email is [e-mail], thanks
