Hi guys, I've been learning how to surf lately and I'm looking to get a new board. I can already stand and ride a wave with a 6'8 merrick flyer (friend's board), but he's giving that to his brother so I can't ride it anymore (and i feel bad using someone's board all the time). With that in mind, do you guys think I could handle using a 5'9, 6'1, or 6'2 lost round nose fish? My local boardshop has those boards in stock (used) and the guy there said that for the surf i'm planning on riding it'd be a good board to have. I'm just looking for another opinion on the idea, so it'd be great if i could get some help. Thanks!
