Lost Wallet...need new I.D. How do I get one?

Question

Everything was in my wallet including my social security card, work id, credit/bank cards. Question is....how do I get a new state id card without virtually any proof of who I am. The only thing I have is some bank statements, W2 but nothing with a picture on it.

They have a record of who you are, and a picture, remember?  Contact them and ask how to get the replacement.
