Lost all media files?

Question

I lost all my music files and all that's left is music folders with name of the artists with the pictures and some ini files but no music. Also now windows media player cannot locate them and prompts me to delete all the missing files. Is there a way to get these mp3's. Is there a program I can use to recover them? I have tried system restore - no sucess.
