Lost bobbin cover for Memory Craft 3000

Hi I have lost the little plastic bobbin cover that fits into the needle plate. I don't know how or where to get a new one. I would even get a whole new needle plate but it doesn't seem that I can get that either. You can't but parts of the Janome website.
