Lost cable connecter attatching to tv?

this is hard to describe since i dont know the names. when we were moving a piece on our tv broke off that we use to hook the cable cord up to. right now there is two thin gold prongs that make a ><>< shape.... we need to buy this piece that fell off but i dont know what its called and cant find it! any help would be great :) its a big old 36" zenith tv. thank you

  1. If you&#039;re not up to soldering, usean old VCR as a tuner. Feed the signal into the VCR, and connect to the TV with A/V cables.


  2. It&#039;s called a &quot;female F connector&quot;. It&#039;s a common part.

    The question is, do you know enough about electronics to correctly solder it into your TV.
