Lost code for and set up for remote

I have a Durabrand dvd player and I can't find the code and setup book for my urc5741 remote could you send me the codes and setup instructions Thanks BeernieI have the URC-5741B00 One for All remote control and I can't even find the remote on the website, much less the codes. I want to program it for my Amphion MediaWorks DVD Player and Home Theater System and I have an APEX tv.
