  1. Check with someone at the TSA @ the airport

  2. You are lucky you are in the U.S. but you still have to act fast. You see those islands that you can see from ST. Thomas those are foreign territory, and you stuff can be lost. Remember to put a credit watch on your items upon your return.

For now you need ID. They have Passport Services in the USVI.

    http://www.gov.vi/

    The passport office is here:

    Passport Office

    St. Thomas

    Havensight Shopping Center

    340-774-4024

You can take the bus there from downtown.

  3. You need either (a) a passport, passport card (scheduled to be in full production beginning in July 2008), or WHTI-compliant document; or (b) a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, along with proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate.

Do you have any other IDs that fit this description?  If not you may have to contact someone you know in the US to FedEx you something you can use.

As a last resort you can contact the Transportation Security Administration at the Cyril E. King Airport to see if they will grant you some sort of temporary waiver.  You can call them at 340-715-2271.
