Lost key to a 94 ford ranger?

you'll save money if you just remove  you're door key cylinder,and take it to lock smith,,instead of the lock smith going to your car

No. Going to the dealer with the VIN and proof of ownership only works for 1996 and newer vehicles. If you are the original owner, you should have a tag that has the key code on it. Look in the owners guide packet. If you are not the original owner, locksmith is about your only choice.

94 Rangers do not have VATS/chipped keys.  At least mine did not.

Just have a locksmith carve one up for you.
