Lost love in 1969?

What web site would you recommend to find someone in around1969 in Texas. I know birth date, city, college, some family member names. I have tried family names, her name, obviously, with no results. Before I pay a site, I would like to know if they really works.

Do a google search for "alumni" sites. I haven't used any of them in 3 or 4 years, but there are still some that are free and fairly popular with us older folks because they do produce results, reunions, and don't cut into our retirement funds.

1969 is recent; genealogy is about dead people. The Census must be at least 70 years old before they publish FULL facts.
