Lost my 11-15 oyster - cant re apply?

Hi, i am 15 years old and i lost my oyster card. It I lost it july 2008 and i got a couple of months until the 16-18 one. But i need the oyster card for about 2 months and i gotta reapply for a new one.

I tried to at the post office but the lady said the post office isnt in charge of replacements anymore. I have lost it before and the post office accepted an application form again but this time they didnt. They said i gotta talk to tfl.

But i never signed up to the oyster tfl website so i cant get a oyster card re sent. And the website is buggy and i cant make an account. And the TFL phoneline is really bad, i waited over 10 mins on the line and no advisor came, were they too busy?

How do i get a new oyster card for under 16, i especially need it for going to work as i just finished my GCSE's.

If you dont get the question, heres the problem: I cant apply on the website and sign up to report my lost card and i cant phone TFL because no1 ever talks...

You need to call TFL. They will have your details on the system and will be able to issue a new one. They do answer eventually so you just need to be patient. They usually tell you what number you are in the queue. Make sure you call the number for lost oyster cards, and not tfl in general.
