Lost my Camera Cord!

Question

I lost the cord that connects my computer to the camera!

My phone is not under insurance or warranty.

I do not have a super sd slot in my laptop.

I only have a normal SD slot in my laptop.

What should I do!?

First of all, from what I understand, your camera is a built-in camera in a cell phone, right? You have only 2 practical options:

1- Get a new cable from your cell phone/camera manufacturer.

2- Get a Super SD card readers available in the market that can be connected to the computer's USB port . They are not expensive, if you want to buy one.

You could also transfer the images by sending them as MMS messages from your phone to another that might have a connection to a computer, but it costs to send an MMS message. Not practical.

You could also transfer the images by using another computer that has a Super SD slot. Again, this is not practical if the computer is not easily available to you.

Personally, I would get myself a Super SD card reader. Remember that you might have to read different types of files from this type of media in the future, so this comes in very handy.
