i hope you have already made a police report? first thing to do, then contact the Philippines embassy in the UK, you will have to have her birth certificate, yours, father's if it applies,

report the loss to the police, then check with the Phillipine embassy or consulate on getting a replacement one.

I believe that she will still retain this as she did nothing to have her visa stripped from her.
