Lost my driver's license in Tokyo, Still have my passport. can I get back into the states?

Yeah, it sucks. Lost my Credit cards too.

  2. You won't be able to drive a car in the US for a while, but you won't have any problems with customes and immigration where you need to show your PASSPORT.

  3. Driver license or credit card have nothing to do with immigration. So you can get back to US.

  4. Just proceed to ask to reissue them in USA. It may annoy you but nobody's fault but yourself it is.

    You can fly back to your home as long as you keep passport and flight ticket.

  5. The same thing happened to me years ago.  I also lost my driver's license.  Your passport is most important and that will allow you to re enter the USA.  As long as you have the passport you will be fine.  Your passport can also be your ID while you replace your drivers license.

  6. As long as you have your passport you're fine.
