Lost my email account after P.C Recovery?

Question

I have been having trouble with my PC and yesterday had a tech guy out replacing my graphics card.

Now, none of the kids games will work so I rang the company and to cut a long story short, I finally had to do a PC Recovery but now I have lost my email account???

How can I get it back.

I need to be able to receive my emails.

Any help will do.

You didn't lose your email account you just need to reconfigure your email client with the right information (username(s), password(s), pop or imap or... etc, etc, etc). It depends on who your email provider is as to how that is done but if you're using outlook or outlook express to check your email just contact them and they should be able to walk you through the process.

Always try re-booting, running virus & spyware checks BEFORE System Recovery. "SR" takes your PC back to the time you bought it, so you'll have to load everything back on. Maybe your emails have been lost too.
