What is their policy on lost and found items?

How do I contact them?

By the way, I know theres a slim chance I'll see it again. If I saw an iPod I'd take it.

  1. Contact the baggage claim office at the airport of your arrival.  Lost on board items are usually logged and held for 30 days.  If it was found and turned in you will have to make arrangements to either pick it up at the airport or have it shipped to you at your expense.  Here is a general contact number for HA Baggage Services - they can direct you to the appropriate airport office to call:

    Claims Department

    Oahu: 835-3314

    Toll-free: 866-389-6654

    Fax: 808-835-3466

    M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. HST

  2. just go and give the information and your complete adress and contact no to the Hawaiian Ailines office if lost item comes to them they will inform you
