It seems like the only way to get out of this hole is to start all over and do something positive. I could not make as much money at another job as I did at my last unless I have a degree.

  1. Since you are in serious financial need, how can you afford to go to college now?  And even if you can pay for college, what about a home or car?  Can you wait at least 3 years for income? If you have served in the military, check with the VA to see if you are eligible for the govenrment to pay for college.

If you are loosing your house and car, consider selling them as quickly as possible.  Also consider joining the military where you won't need your home or car.  The military will train you for a new skill. Plus you will earn extra money for college later on. You will also get free meals, healthcare, and living quarters.

If you don't want the military or are too old, consider applying for medicaid and welfare for some income.  Contact the state employment agency and register with them.

    Good luck.
