Question:

Lost my list-owner address?

A couple years ago I started a yahoo-group , as list-owner and moderator. The list became rather passive, but now I 'd like to get it going again. Problem: I don't remember the @-adress I was using, and cannot 'open' the links; I also am afraid that the adress (a commercial, telia.com) I used is the one I don't have anymore. One member tells me, that she has access to the different links .

- How can I get access to that yahoogroup-list ? Please try to help.

  1. you should be able to log onto the group with the Yahoo account you used to create it with. if you don't remember that ID or it was inactive it's probably been deleted and if that's the case, there's not much Yahoo can do for you and you're better off starting a new group.

  2. Well that group could be gone by now..as it has been so long..and if you didn't keep record of your name and password as a owner or list owner there still is not help. Even if you tried to get a hold of yahoo to help there is billions of ppl on here and do you know how long that would take..?
