Lost my photos?

I used to have tons of pictures on yahoo photos,then I had an accident,and the last thing on my mind was the computer,so I never found out about yahoo photos moving to flickr,is there any way in h**l I can get them back? I have a suit counting on some of these photos.Just so you understand their importance.
