Lost odyssey help with the Auction House?

i cant seem to find the auction house i went to the town of samen and i went to the store but nothing happened the only thing that happened was the store keeper gave me a mask and told me to go to the eastern tribe but that place is way to strong and i dont have Groundus so i was going to buy it at the auction house can someone please help me

its out with the docks...

and i don't think you'll be able to skip the level that you say is too strong... lol.  its fun, try it.
