If you just lost your password,& had not created an admin pasword,reboot in safe mode

Boot from ERD commander cd,

ERD commander  CD is a live windows CD,Once u boot ur laptop with this CD,Right click on My computer-->select Manage-->select local users and groups-->click on users -->then right click on the user accout what u use and set the password.

when u start go to safe mode and then open the administator a/c and open it and then go to user a/c and then u can change paasword..
