Lost recipes for sanyo sbm 20 bread maker

have searched the net for recipes, without much luck thus far

 

especially want plain white bread, 50/50 white & whole wheat and pizza dough recipes

 

where do i find those?

My friends gave me a bread machine without any instructions or recipes.
I don't think the bread machine has been used much, but I don't know how to use it without the instructions or recipes. Any one have any information
