Lost the code to xbox repairs ups thing?

I lost the email that was sent to me with the stuff from UPS, is there anything I can do? If not please tell me where I should ship my xbox if I live in fort worth texas and how much it costs to ship and xbox 360

Im assuming you requested repair for your xbox 360 console hence why you got UPS information in a email. All they are doing is mailing you a empty box via UPS and once that empty box arrives all you have to do is follow the printed instructions on a sheet of paper that will be in the box. Also inside the box will be a pre-paid shipping label made out from you to them and all you have to do is slap it over the previous label and take the box to the UPS store and they will ship it to the repair center and in about two weeks you should receive a new console.
