  1. honda will more than likey have the blank key. as far as not knowing the cut code. look at either a spare key for the key code engraved on it or look through some maintenance receipts. sometimes dealers enter the key code info into their database and it sometimes prints on the service or sales receipts. check also the original purchasing papers. The key code maybe printed on the paperwork as well. The code is usually 3 digit/letter combo. all the hondas i've owned had a letter for the first then dual digit for the next two places in the key code. good luck.

  2. You can go to www.key-men.com he has all motorcycle key blanks and can cut them if you have your key code.

  3. Call your friend and get his (her) back up key. Take that to the key shop and have a new key made. If he has no second key it will be a hassle, believe it.

  4. this happened to me once it's very easy if you just go to a key makers they look at the ignition and the model and in a few seconds some how they magicaly make one with there key machine....lol yea it takes like 2min. u go in and get out and its only like 10 bucks

  5. The Honda Store. They will have the right blank key you need.

  6. When I mis-placed my keys, I took the cylinder to the dealer.

All he needed was the numbers stamped into it.

At $1.50 each, I bought spares too.

  7. Bring the bike or ignition switch to a locksmith.

A Honda dealership will not be able to make a key, unless you have recorded the key code when the bike was first purchased.
