  1. Oh dear. I didn't realise it happened at 50.

I'd better make the most of the next 3 years then.

  2. No, don't agree at all...I have a lot of friends, different ages.  Fifty doesn't mean anything, they are the same as they always were, and their minds are sharp as a tack.

It doesn't hurt though to take multi-vitamins and "exercise" your brain everyday, by doing puzzles, reading, anything that makes you "think" is very healthy.  "Use it or Lose it" as the saying goes...

The same applies for excercising your body and muscles daily.

If you don't, they'll end up getting stiff in the morning, and giving you trouble later in life.  Take care of yourself everyone, it pays off...

  3. I've not heard that, or then maybe I did and just forgot.........

  4. dont you believe it 50 is the new 30

  5. what do they mean are they saying at 50 its one foot in the grave

  6. No stigma at all, under 25 have no idea (well some anyway) where the plot is,at 50 you have the wisdom of life, at 60 you wonder what the h**l,  having the wisdom and not be able to use it. Enjoy life, it too short.

  7. i thought people lost the plot at 20...
