I recently got issued with a penalty fare for £16.50 on a southwest train. However, i have lost the slip that has the code on it and can't find anywhere to tell them this on their website. what can i do so i can just pay it and get it out the way?

  1. I can't see how you can pay it if you don't have a reference. Just to pay them £16.50 withiut that will just probably result in the payment being returned to you - or a demand being made on you to pay up anyway. Do they have your name and address? If so, I'd just wait until they send you a reminder and then pay, explaining the situation.
