my name is matthew. i have a sony ericsson w580i and i think its the best phone i have ever had. now to answer your questions. no, it does not cost extra money to use the fm radio feature. i know this cause i always use it myself. also no, it does not cost extra to use the gps fitness. my girlfriend uses it all the time and she does not have to pay extra. im not really sure how to answe ur next qestion though. i have a lot of songs but some take up more space than others. the best thing for you to do is to just go ahead and get a memory stick for your phone. i know i am pretty soon lol. yes, you can use songs for your ringtones. thankfully unlike other phones you can also bluetooth songs and use them as well. the pedometer does not cost extra. the best thing to do is to just try everything on your phone. give it a test run. i promise it will alert you if it will cost you money.  the fitness features are running, and walking, step count, and show calories. i hope this answers all your questions. but if it dont. just email me, and i will answer any other questions that i can. that also includes other phones and things....aight.
