Lots of books?

do you think having a closet full of books weird??

ps im 14 and have a tiny room and nowere else to put them.

I think it is kinda weird. If that is the only place to put it then I suppose it is fine!

No not at all, if you need a place to put books that is a good place. But if it bothers you or is not practical ask your Mom and Dad about putting up a shelf in your room ( or two or three shelves). Anyways don't worry, and do whatever is better for you.

We have books everywhere in our house.  When I was your age I had them under my bed, in my closet, on the shelves, stacked in piles, etc.    

Books are our friends.  *grin*

I'd be thrilled if we could confine our books to a closet, lol :-)  As is, I even have kitchen cupboard space dedicated to books, and some are in boxes due to no more shelf space :-)

The only disadvantage to being home-educated that I've ever found is you lose sight of the floor under mountains of books.

If you've only got books in the cupboard, then I congratulate you, : ).

In my room there are books falling out from under the bed, on the bed (I have to literally dig my bed out from under a mountain of books whenever I want to go to sleep), in cupboards, on top of cupboards, stuffed into drawers, in boxes, in the wardrobe and piled up on the floor. Several small children are probably buried alive under the piles of books in our house.

It is only a matter of time until we will be forced to surrender the house to the books and move out to live in the cowshed.

no... while that is a slightly odd place to put books, seeing as how you have no where else though, I would commend you on using space wisely... also, having a love of books isn't weird... it is AWESOME.... i love books too... Reading makes you smarter and also helps you understand more things quicker...

A closet full is better than a dining room full of them.  We are reconstructing our living room and have been without bookshelves for about 6 months.  The computer and boxes of books are stacked here in dining room.   I wish I had an empty closet.
