Okay over this summer I got myself a job leaving me very inactive to what im use to doing.(playing basketball everyday) So while i relaxed after work i ran into friday and wensday night fights on espn2. I really got into it, watching that and some classic fights. I boxed someone last year and it was kinda fun but left it at that. Now my friends and i are starting our boxing "club" again. And im actually serious i want to not only be good at boxing but from what i hear boxing is one of the best ways to stay in shapeSo i want to eat better whats a good diet plan for me.I want to eat healthier and shed some lbs.Also some boxing sites that explain how to box.If i get in to shape and get some boxing basics down ill join the real boxing club in my town so any help is appreciated.Thanks!
