Lottery winner bank robber: Should he keep it?

  1. I kinda think it should be one or the other....

    If he keeps the money, he has to do time....  or do no time, and forfeit the money...

    Seems like double punishment to me....although i'm not really sympathetic to bank robbers.

  3. No.  He was ordered not to play the lottery (among other things) and shouldn't get anything except some more jail time.

  4. If he won it then he should be allowed to keep it, but if its wrong then I certainly think he should have to give the money back immediately.  The money should go to further education.

  5. No "Let's Make A Deal". He needs to suffer the consequences of his actions and be given no property claim rights.

    Committing a felony should require you to give up your rights to ANY form of financial benefits including not just lottery but inheritance as well.

  6. It is very hard to keep money that was a product of robbery because the series of the serial numbers of the bills could be detected.

  7. no. they should make him donate it to charity or something.
