Loud *** neighbors?

Question

when can i call the cops for their loud *** party?

also they have a rooster that goes freakin ballistic at like 5 in the morning EVERYDAY

any way i can get rid of that rooster and kill their parties?

Just call the cops next time they party.  ANd don't do anything to the rooster, it's what they do.  If you kill the rooster, it will just be replaced by another one.  Who knows, the next rooster might even be louder.

farm  animals  may  be  a  violation  in  a non  rural  community

also  11 pm  is  the  limit  for  noise  above  certain  decibel levels.  before  that  there  may  still  be maximums  i  think
