  1. Maybe that you suffer from terrible frightening nightmares and that they make you wake up screaming.

Cannot think of any other cause, right now.

    Space.

  2. Did anything out-of-whack happen to you?e.g. death in your family, a move, childhood trauma or something like that happen? If nothing like it did I would say that you should see a therapist about it he may be more knowledgeable about it

  3. there is something that maybe you suppressed in your subconscious mind, trying to submerge. See your Dr, there Is  sleep test they can do to determine what is going on

  4. Just relax and try to forget it and sometimes people do that.

    Maybe time will solve it.

  5. Well did you watch that simpsons episode where homer starts screaming and it was because he saw a dead body when he was younger.

Maybe something happened to you in your childhood or earlier in your life that could be bothering your subconscience.

    I'd see a proffesional.

  6. You could be experiencing a sleep disorder called night terrors, also known as pavor nocturnes. It usually occurs in children, but it often occurs in adults due to stress, alcohol, abuse, or depression. Its not life-threatening, but you may need counseling and the support and aid of your family. Read more in the article below.

  7. Sounds like night terrors.  You're not trying to quit smoking, are you?  Chantix is a popular and effective stop-smoking aid, but one of the possible side effects is night terrors.  If you are using Chantix, please contact your doctor and make him aware that you're having night terrors.
