The week 24 of the 2011/2012 Ligue 1 action will see the top two teams in France face off each other. Paris Saint-Germain will host Montpellier Herault at the Parc des Princes on Sunday.
Just one point divides the two sides which means that a victory would certainly give either of the two a great opportunity to gain more ground in the race for the revered Championelle.
For Montpellier Herault president Loulou Nicollin, his impatience is getting the better of him. The Frenchman is clearly ecstatic at how things have shaped up this campaign and wants more of the same.
“Incredible, it’s a miracle! We’re playing well, infact very well, it was a bit of a struggle and we are second and a point behind PSG. What a New Year!,” said a joyous Nicollin while talking to Midi Libre.
Despite the African Cup of Nations in January, La Paillade chose not to sign any player in the transfer market. The likes of Younes Belhanda, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Souleymane-Camara-c33845 and El Kaoutari left to represent their sides in the AFCON.

Nicollin wants his team to play the UEFA Champions League next season and says that if they do, they will take the competition very seriously.
However, Nicollin knows that his side’s best chance of winning any glory this season comes from the Coupe de France. And the Frenchman wants his side to play at the Stade de France.
“It is now just two matches at the Stade de France. It would be great to go and slam the northern wind if it is still there. I would love to win the cup even more than going in to the Champions League.”
Certainly, Loulou is having a time of his life and the robust president will be giving players a lecture of how important the Coupe de France can be for his side.
