Well-known Russian football analyst, Evgeny Lovchev, has lamented Jose Couceiro’s dismissal from Lokomotiv Moscow, revealing that the Moscow-based club should not have sacked the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Porto-c39186 head coach.
Lovchev has questioned Slaven Bilic’s arrival at Moscow, revealing that the Croatian tactician has much to prove.
“For me it's a big mystery. I could not understand why they have parted company with Couceiro and why they have appointed Bilic. Yes, he has been doing well in the Croatian national team but I cannot understand his appointment
at Moscow.” The Soviet Cup winner was quoted as saying.
Bilic, who is yet to resign from the post of Croatian national team manager, has signed a three-year contract at Moscow after replacing Couceiro following the Railroaders poor Russian Premier League campaign.
Lokomotiv, who failed to secure UEFA Europa League qualification after finishing two places and four points behind Anzhi Makhachkala, have failed to meet fans expectations this season.
Worse still, the Parovozy missed a decent chance to claim a trophy in five years after suffering a 4-0 defeat in the Russian Cup semi-final against Rubin Kazan.
Speaking on Dynamo Moscow’s disappointed league campaign, Lovchev has conceded that the Louders will find it difficult to sing decent players this summer after failing to secure UEFA Champions League berth this season.
Media reports in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Igor-Semshov-c16748 are set to leave Arena Khimki this summer after falling out with their manager, Sergei Silkin, over lack of first team action.
The former Spartak Moscow defender went on to admit that the targeted players are likely to consult the Ukrainian striker, who has earned a lot of respect during his stay with different European clubs, before joining the Moscow-based
club.
Lovchev insisted that the market for good players is closed for Dynamo and the Russian outfit will either have to dismiss their head coach or they need to sell players to resolve the conflict in the team.
