Love's restaurant, Brighton - Anyone been? as seen on G Ramsey programme?

Hi, i'm thinking of taking my partner to Love's restaurant for valentines day and wondering if anyone has been there recently?

It's in St James Street, Brighton, Sussex.

No but went to Sir Juice which is near the Lanes area and does cracking smoothies, juices and nice salads and things- not really a valentine place though!! Although maybe if you dont have much money and want a snack in the daytime

It costs a pretty penny, they do serve fish, but it is one of my favourite resturants in Brighton. We have been before and after Gordon Ramsey.

If you do decide to go for Valentines Day, you had better book up now!!

Don't forget it is just a glorified fish n chip shop now.

I HAVE been to Mama Cheries Soul Food Shack though. CR@P really REALLY insultingly cr@p. Don't waste your money. There is a cracking tapas restaurant in the lanes though. Everyone knows its name around there, just ask. Make sure you book though it is very intimate and gets REALLY busy but a cracking atmosphere.
